Taxi Direct Insurance Services is a trading style of Motor & Home Direct Insurance Services Limited and a part of Group Direct Ltd, a UK based insurance intermediary. Group Direct has offices in Southampton, Bristol, Torquay and London.
The group was founded in 2001 and currently employs over 500 employees nationwide. As well as offering private insurance, the group specialises in all types of business insurance including commercial vehicle, liability, taxi, office and fleet insurance.
At the start of 2003, Taxi Direct joined The Group to provide competitive taxi insurance outside the London area. The team prides itself on its high level of customer care and the ability to provide a knowledgeable and efficient service to potential and existing customers.
Group Direct work with a panel of over 20 insurers and the rates we offer reflect the good relationships we have built up with insurers over the years. We have negotiated arrangements with suppliers to provide additional benefits to our policy holders such as windscreen cover, installment facilities, replacement vehicles following an accident and legal expenses cover available on request.
We do not have the facility to quote and sell insurance online as we believe by talking to you we can not only tailor the policy to your needs but also ensure you are buying the correct cover at the best price. Our rates and service speak for themselves!
